22. Ruthlessly Edit Your Life

In today's interview I sat down with Carla Goodfellow and we talked about her journey to living a decluttered life. What started as simply a physical home declutter and an excuse to keep off social media, led her to explore her emotional and mental clutter. Carla and I dive into her journey of self discovery, her realization that she was using drinking as a social crutch, and how staying sober for a period of time really had a huge impact on her life. Carla always struggle with feeling like she didn't fit in. Until she finally got silent with herself and discovered exactly who she is....and she fell in love with loving herself.

Carla is the co-author of The Self Love Club book, which will be released on Amazon June 1, as well as her signature course ‘The Lighter Life’ Blueprint, which takes you through the step-by-step process to start your home decluttering journey. Her mission is to help women realize their home can be a place of refuge that is easy to manage so they have more time for what matters most in their lives. The people we love and the things that bring us joy.
