On Wednesday, February 26, 2014, in Washington, DC, 8 year old Relisha Rudd was seen on surveillance video walking next to a man and into a hotel room. Days later, on Saturday, March 1, Relisha was seen again on surveillance video with the same exact man. The man that she was with was someone who she was familiar with and so was her family. In fact, he was a staff member at a local homeless shelter where Relisha and her family lived, DC General. This was no abduction, and this was not kidnapping. How does something like this go undetected? A wife ends up found lifeless, a search ensues, a mother that was not even aware that her daughter was missing, and a grisly discovery that shocks the District and leaves us to a halt with nearly 9 years of unanswered questions. With this unfound mystery, new developments, persons of interest, rumors, and an ending that leaves us with more questions, where is Relisha Rudd?
