It is for you…. and never against you. It supports your life, your passions and your soul's growth. Today we will allow this energy healing to align us to this magical magnificent force…..PAUSE I call forth your Spirit…your team of Angels..Guides and Masters…..the Universe in all its glory…we ask today to align us and support us on our journey….place any intentions you may have in your mind and in your heart….and so it is…and so be it…. Let's begin in a comfortable position……close your eyes…..get as comfortable as possible….let go of the mundane world…stress and tension begins to dissolve…..as you breathe deeply in and out…..on each breath in through the nose….you bring in new fresh vitalizing air……with each breath out…… you let out old..stale….holdings……inhale and exhale long and deep……long inhales and long exhales……..PAUSE Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest…..simply breathe continuously and easily……natural and neutral…relax even more and go within……PAUSE Tune in to the center of your being……find where that is for you…heart…head….belly…. No judgment….this is your special place…..it feels safe and warm….. As you keep tuning in….you feel your oneness, your essence…… You are love…..everything is within you to be in flow…….to trust…..PAUSE I know there can be resistance…..you may be thinking but I have had some really tough times….obstacles….hurts…. disappointments…..grief……pain….sorrow……The Universe responds to this…. All your hurdles….pains and tribulations…….have taught you so much…….review them now….. The teachings are there for a reason……for growth….for….your souls evolution….. The lessons come with blessings…….trust…trust..trust…that you are exactly where you need to be…. I invite you now to receive the energy of the universe…….a download… Begin to feel……a light at the very top of your head……..it is penetrating your crown……crystal clear white light…….its warming and healing…….this light drops and anchors to your heart……….it lands there…..and this crystal light turns a vibrant green color…….it fills your heart with all your intentions…………….feel this green light…. now……PAUSE As it fills your heart……..you begin to feel this energy grow…….it grows larger and expansive………it is now filling your entire upper chest…..a green luminous glow…..flooding your heart chakra…..:PAUSE Feelings of joy…..alignment……love…support….. fills you now…….You completely trust……PAUSE You feel one with the universe…..this frequency of love….unconditional love….PAUSE With this feeling of oneness…..completeness and trust……..visualize yourself standing on top of a mountain……you can see all around clearly……..you turn to all sides and spread your arms out wide………….as you open your arms and spread your fingers………..a rush of wind begins at your feet…….it circulates up your body………..like a vortex…….this is the final energy integration of the universe…….PAUSE As the energy moves through you….It circulates in a spiral up your feet….calves….knees….thighs…hips…belly…chest..arms…fingers…neck….
