Let’s Connect …I call forth your spirit, spirit guides, angels and higher self to surround you at this time. May you listen to the guidance you are given, and the profound healing upon you. Any special intentions you may have bring them to your heart and mind now……for the highest and greatest good…..and so it is…..and so be it. I invite you to softly close your eyes…. Find a comfortable position lying down…let go of any distractions and clear your mind……..notice any sensations…...begin breathing slow cycles of breath…….in and out ... .in and out…..tuning in to a sense of freeness in your breath…… your breath is smooth……Notice you are free to breathe as you wish……feel the gratitude for the breath….PAUSE Feel your body melting… deeper and deeper to the surface you're on….feel the weight of gravity……if you feel any tension…… move a bit until you can be completely fidget free….allow the gravity to pull you now…..and release PAUSE Feel yourself here in your body……you find your mind, body and breath more relaxed…..Begin to see yourself in a large fresh meadow……green soft lush grass beneath your feet…..blue expansive sky above you …..PAUSE This vastness allows you to open to your inner knowing…PAUSE Look around you…..feel the expansiveness of it all……. Stretch out your hands wide……….tilt your head back and take in the sunshine…….PAUSE Like a child….you spin in circles….. Faster and faster……laughing so hard your belly aches………LONG PAUSE Finally you collapse on the grass……. Your heart is beating fast….a reminder of your essence….your compassion and…… you feel so good…..PAUSE Rest and recharge…..reigniting freedom from within your core…….PAUSE now begin to feel a lightness to your being……..you are being transported and floating high above the earth…….floating… floating…..floating… as if you have wings…….Pause You soar above all your worries, problems and uncertainty……….. Begin to feel this energy within you reuniting your inner spirit with oneness and freedom…..LONG PAUSE You feel peaceful as you float high above it all……it’s nothing but you..clear blue sky and earth beneath you….. Look around you………in all directions……as a soft gentle breeze caresses your face and body…..PAUSE In any given moment you have a choice………a choice to feel the highest feeling….. You can choose how you feel, your perceptions and beliefs……freedom of mind heart and emotions……PAUSE You have the ability to choose new beliefs…..you are free to open your mind…PAUSE The world embraces you with love….PAUSE Choose in each moment the highest vibration for you….. Keep welcoming in freedom……Your freedom..LONG PAUSE Slowly come back……..feel your body return……… Take a nice long slow deep breath in and a nice long slow deep breath out…… Place your hands on your heart………. Welcome in this feeling of freedom…….
