54. Listener questions #7: Big projects vs sub-projects and where to store support material

One big project or many sub-projects? In today's episode, we cover two really good questions from our listeners. One relating to bigger projects versus many smaller ones - which is better? Both Morten and Lars agree on the best approach for this and provide several examples to exemplify their recommendation. The other question relates to where you'd want to store your support material - seperate files or in one application? Morten and Lars have differing approaches to this, similar to how they manage reference differently. Thanks a lot to Bill from the US and Matt from Australia for sending in their questions! If you have any questions or feedback, let us know via email at podcast@gtdnordic.dk. And as always, you can learn more about GTD in the Nordics at GTDnordic.com and find cool GTD gear at GTDshop.com.
