Kristin, who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, is a clinical social worker with a background in working with those who also have an ADHD diagnosis. She's a mom of two kids who also have ADHD and is also a business owner! Kristin works as a coach and educator for those with ADHD who struggle to manage their ADHD homes, working with them to create individualized strategies to help with home keeping. She focuses on mindset shifts, ADHD diagnosis education in the context of home environment, and also focuses on support for those who want to take their homes from chaos to calm!
