ADHD Babes: The Podcast...Coming 8th June 2022

Introducing ADHD Babes: The Podcast...the podcast created by the community...for the community.

ADHD Babes is a community for black women and non-binary people to share their voices, experience and knowledge. We aim to empower people with community, tools, learning and healing spaces to redefine ADHD, tackle its difficulties and utilise it's strengths.

During the podcast, we'll be delving into the everything ADHD and what its like living in a neurotypical world for neurodivergents. From finding out about ADHD to navigating through routines to managing symptoms. Whether that's a group discussion or guest speaker teaching us more about our beautiful brains.

Join us for some discussions, learning and a good old rant.

Starting on the 8th of June and continuing bi-weekly anywhere you listen to podcasts.
