Jessica Stenson is this week’s guest host and fills us in on her training for the upcoming New York City Marathon. Julian sticks to routine, even when it means coming off wedding celebrations. Brad gets out for a parkrun in the pouring rain but doesn’t take the win.

Burnie 10 won by Jack Rayner in 27:43, breaking the national 10K Road Record set by Craig Mottram in Manchester in 2004. Sam McEntee and James Hansen took podium spots. Leanne Pompeani won the women’s race 32:04 ahead of Sinead Diver and Rose Davies. Valencia Half Marathon taken out by Konstanze Klosterhalfen, posting 65:41 on her debut. Kibiwott Kandie took out another race victory in 58:10. Australians that featured include Ed Goddard running 63:38 and Archie Reid in 66:49.
