I really want life to be only what we make it. And deny any genetic limitations. And yet realize we do in fact have some genetic set points that can help, and hinder us. I’ve suffered by denying any genetic hindering. But our culture by far and large I see suffering by blaming too much on genetics. The big question is…how much of an impact do they have on your health? We are not here to discount the role of genetics, and yet the goal is to take as much agency as possible. The goal is to give you hope that you are not a victim to your genetics. So let’s discuss wow much of a role they play in your health and wellness and what can you do to compensate for and negate them?
