In this candid conversation with expert parenting coach, Casey O'Roarty, we talk about the deep and lasting benefits of making self-care all about "soul care" and how this is an essential practice along the parenting journey. Soul care creates the space for us to "hear ourselves" so that we can more easily be flexible, pivot and stay connected to our centered no matter what is going on. Casey also shares some tips on how parents can practice soul care time no matter the age of their children and ditch the attachment to it looking perfect.
