The Transfer Student Experience with Susan Harding, Amanda Despres, Aicha Ly, and Katie Pesantez

Learn how to ease your transition to UConn, leverage your time and experiences, and set yourself up for success. Aicha Ly is a Business Administration major in the UConn School of Business. She is graduating in May 2021 and will begin the Accounting Fundamentals Graduate Certificate program. She transferred from Manchester Community College. Kaithleen Pesantez graduated from the UConn School of Business with her Bachelors in Financial Management in 2019, and with her Masters in Financial Risk Management in 2020. She is a Financial Analyst with JP Morgan Chase. She transferred to UConn from Naugatuck Valley Community College. Amanda Despres is a junior Finance major in the UConn School of Business. She transferred from Manchester Community College. Susan Harding is an Academic Advisor with the UConn School of Business who focuses on supporting our transfer students. She came to UConn after serving as the Director of Academic Advising at New England College.
