Healing from Religious Trauma with Hannah Brents

In this episode we are speaking with a woman who is helping humans struggling with trauma, anxiety, relationships, and spiritual crises heal from their trauma by overcoming their negative patterns and optimize their overall well-being. It’s therapist Hannah Brents. Hannah breaks down what religious trauma is and what are some signs that you are suffering from it.
