Sometimes we drink because we are stressed, anxious, or upset. Often these feelings are triggered by unwanted thoughts. It can lead us down a path of self-sabotage and a case of the “f--k its”- when we give up and give in. There is a technique called thought-stopping that can help you stop unwanted thoughts.
