Injuries are a common refrain as runners, and often times, we try our worst to limit them. So what's why we wanted to talk to Dr. Eoin Everard, a chartered physiotherapist with a PhD in Biomechanics. Professionally he has lectured in Ireland for over 10 years on Sports Medicine and Biomechanics publishing several peer reviewed studies. From a competitive perspective he has won 5 national senior running titles and has represented Ireland on the international stage from 800m to 10k cross-country.
