Unwanted Thoughts

What's this?! Seth??

Welcome back to a BRAND NEW episode of "Let's Get Into It," new topic, new logo, but same message.

In this episode, Mikey and Seth cover how we deal with bothersome thoughts. We share anecdotes in trying to re-wire our approach to dealing with them. Thoughts flow as an endless stream of information. Our mind sort of acts as a net that either ignores or catches and holds onto those ideas. However, when you are flooded with constant, worrisome thoughts, you can no longer avoid getting swept up, but this can be overcome. The first step starts with recognizing the issue.

It's important to delicately call out these annoying beliefs about yourself and others. Find a space in your head and spend time with yourself to find the root cause of your hurt, only after then you may find peace. We all have our highs but it's hard to dwell on them when your brain makes you feel inferior. Stay hopeful and do some self-research. It will ALWAYS get better, so let's get into it.
