Distractions

Turlmoltuous times call for effort. It doesn't have to be great but present. I have chosen to shoulder a bunch of emotions and projects onto my life and don't make it easier on myself when I add more, especially, when they don't matter. Those are distractions.

They can persist as: Partners, friends, social media, etc. and distractions can be easy sources of consumption that can take us away from what is really important to us. Look within yourself, what do you want to take away from life?

If you're tired, don't force yourself up, rest. If want to feel better, don't ignore the problem, invest in to recovery. I've been struggling so much trying to be proud of who I am, so I hope to inspire myself and others to take our necessary steps. Keep getting into it. peace..
