Episode 2 - Solar Basics

Welcome back to the Off Grid Pros podcast! Today we are covering the basics of solar. But first, to recap what this company is all about, we are three guys out of northern Arizona that recognize the off grid world can be extremely confusing and difficult to navigate. We want to create a place where the every day person can collect knowledge on off the grid information as well as offer the products that are necessary to live or simply adventure off the grid. To do so, we have created this podcast, we are in the midst of creating a YouTube channel as well and most importantly, we have a website where you can find all of the off grid products we discuss in our podcast! That website is called shopoffgrid.com and will constantly be updated as we begin to work with more and more companies.

So again, this episode is all about the basics of solar. We offer our knowledge on what the essentials are when it comes to considering solar no matter if you are off the grid, grid-tied or for your RV! Here are the talking points:

Batteries

We do not go too far in depth about batteries because that was the entirety of our first episode so if you haven’t listened to that, go check that out after you’re done with this episode!
