#191 - How sleep affects metabolic health | Dr. Azure Grant & Ben Grynol

Sleep deprivation can be detrimental to metabolic health—even a short night of sleep, poor quality sleep, or low sleep efficiency can have significant impacts. Listen as Research Design Lead Azure Grant talks with Ben Grynol about the importance of quality sleep for metabolic health.
