Veronica is an elementary assistant principal. She shares that she struggled with her weight as a young girl. At 14 years-old, Veronica became the caretaker of her parents and siblings when her mother was diagnosed with a mental illness. Veronica used food to cope with the stress.

Once married, Veronica went through ten years of infertility and other issues. In 2019, her nurse practitioner gave her a copy of Delay, Don’t Deny, and she began her IF journey. IF has eased Veronica’s chronic pain and changed her life.
