Since our latest bra fitting video has been so popular, we wanted to give you an update since Saterra (@fullerbustbestie) is now in a new size, we thought we would show her new size, how she knew she needed a new size and what steps she took to find her new size!

The +4 method is OUT! Ladies, we have been doing it wrong for far too long, and it's time you know how a bra should fit correctly and the signs to know if it doesn't!

It has been a long time since the world has been updated on the right way to fit and size a bra, but that ends today! We are on a mission to re-educate women about proper fit to help reduce back pain, muscle soreness and headaches.

Hopefully at the end of this video, you will want to throw all your bras away and start fresh!! hehe
