Kaylee has been a 1-on-1 fitness and nutrition coaching client since January 2021. In the last 8 months, she has lost 40 lbs while also putting on toned muscle.

Today, we chat with her about HOW she managed to stay so consistent despite traveling for horse shows and going to social events with her friends. Most importantly, we get her advice for those of you who are currently where she once was - uncomfortable in her clothes, afraid to wear a tank top or shorts in the summer, convinced cardio is the answer, and just unsure of where to begin with her fitness journey.
