When we started the podcast back in 2020 this week’s guest was on our hit list, 4 years later we’ve managed to pin him down for a chat. It’s well worth the wait.

Paul Giblin is that man, John and Stevie Boy are primed to unearth his story. Just who is Paul Giblin?

From familiar begginings as he took his foray into running through to his recent epic journey along New Zealand’s Te Aroroa Trail we cover a heap of ground. He’s created quite the story for himself picking up a ton of pals, experiences and accolades along the way.

We uncover what makes Paul tick, what drives his motivation to search for new boundaries of what’s possible and home in on his evolution not only as a runner but as a human-being.

Paul talks most passionately when on the topic of sharing experiences with others, a passion that kick started his Pyllon Ultra community. He’s maybe at the helm of this community but so many other people make it what it has grown to become.

With many life objectives already conquered we get a feeling that Paul show’s no sign of losing his appetite and love for the sport. Buoyed by his network of connections across the globe we get a wee glimpse of bigger adventures that lie ahead.
