Weekly Training: What Is The Shadow?

Weekly Training: What Is The Shadow?

Today, I’m going to dive into shadow work. This is one of my favorite things to talk about, and you’ll hear me outline what the shadow archetype is, what shadow work is, and I’m also going to sprinkle in why shadow work is so valuable. I fundamentally believe everyone should do shadow work at some point, and I’ve seen the results firsthand.

There are many different access points to shadow work, but I’m going to talk mostly from the perspective of Carl Jung, the creator of the shadow archetype. Let me know your thoughts. Leave a review of this ep or tag me on Instagram!
