StudentID #5 - Jade Richard

Dear students,

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the video recording for this episode, so we apologize for that. Yet, as you will hear, the wise words of this week's guest: "Jade Richard" put into perspective the small mistakes and mishaps we all face in our daily lives.

Jade says: “imperfection is perfect”, and in times where western societies are so focused on competition and comparisons, it's a great recalibration to keep in mind for the way we view our day-to-day tasks and challenges.

This mindset is applicable to all things in life and can be related to everything we talked about today.

While we mainly addressed the different facets of sustainability and to what extent it the search of a sustainable lifestyle was part of Jade's identity, we also touched upon what it meant to push ones limits, the importance of consistency and self-belief, how to build good habits, time management and much more.
