Dr. Glenn Fleisig

The authority on biomechanics in baseball pitching, Dr. Glenn Fleisig is my guest for Episode No. 52! He is the Biomechanics Director of the American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI) and also serves as an advisor to Major League Baseball and Little League Baseball. We talk about the sharp rise in UCL injuries among pitchers, the emphasis on max-velocity with pitchers across all levels and what can be done to reverse this trend in baseball.
