5:53 My 8 year old son has made great strides but we are still struggling with the ability to focus. He has a hard time paying attention, or finishing a task. I ask him to do something and it seems to go in one ear and out the other. The teacher says it is his greatest challenge at school.

17:04 My daughter doesn't like wearing her headphones but hates noisy places! IT's frustrating, any suggestions on a good kind to buy?

22:20 Is it rare for established nonverbal adults to discover that they have had hidden functional communication ability all along?

28:40 15 year old on the Spectrum fully verbal but has social anxiety especially around new people or communicate ? He reads on a 5 grade level and spells on second grade level.

39:08 15 year old on the Spectrum fully verbal but has social anxiety especially around new people or communicate ? He reads on a 5 grade level and spells on second grade level.

coping skills for my boy is so hard to learn when the IQ is low would love to know more meltdowns are so bad his body shakes from trying to calm.

43:23 My child is still nervous around family, hopefully this gets easier this year!

45:07 We are finding anxiety in our non ASD adult children. I was just at Trader Joe's this week end and it was crazy! So many people. ASD son did great, he was focused on finding non dairy ice cream. Our other daughter couldn't stay in the store. She told me mom you've got 20 minutes in here. Can't do more then that. She was also looking for her mask, and that bothered her that she didn't have one with her and there were so many people, too close and touching. How do I help her?

48:48 What do you think of Lcarnitine for attention span?
