More Letters?!

Suicide Hotline: Call or Text 988 or visit https://988lifeline.org/

We continue our conversation about the challenges of co-occurring disorders and how this may present. This week we are focusing on somatization or how our bodies physically react to emotions and trauma. We will also be talking about the various ways our attention can be affected by trauma and our mental health. More or less, trauma affects all of the things, including our physical health and how well we are able to interact with the world around us.

This podcast may contain themes of trauma, flashbacks, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
