AC Milan out, Inter pout, and Napoli shout

After an eventful week of Champions League and Europa League action, which saw all but one Italian side lose on the continent.

Dov Schiavone is joined by Vieri Capretta to analyse the action. With Inter being unable to beat Dutch side PSV Eindhoven, Aaron Deckers of Elf Voetball joins to the pod to give his thoughts on the match, while we also have our very own Caterina Mirra, who was at Anfield, looking at Napoli’s defeat and ultimate elimination.

Meanwhile, Juventus and Roma were both beaten by smaller sides Young Boys and Viktoria Plzen, respectively. However, both have qualified for the Champions League knockout rounds.

There was more heartbreak for Milan in the Europa League, after they succumbed to a 3-1 defeat against Olympiacos, and are thus out of European competition, while Lazio played out a dead rubber against Eintract Frankfurt at the Stadio Olimpico.
