010. How to plan your trail running season | Getting back on rhythm and training

The point of this talk is to give tools, information and examples to better plan a trail running season. We believe that self awareness and a bit of knowledge are what should guide us when making our choices related to training and racing.

Please join Francesco, Moi and Max as they share their approach to planning their trail running seasons.

We also talk about how to get back on rhythm after the holiday season, how to restart training after the end of season break and how to plan a sustainable build-up. Knowing who we are, knowing what we want to achieve, with our strengths and weaknesses, learning from mistakes and from science.
