How can we improve our recovery with nutrition? Are there any macronutrients, minerals and vitamins that we should pay particular attention to? Any special foods that can boost our recovery capacities?

In the fourth episode of our series "Nutrition Talks" we answer some questions and try to clarify a few important topics regarding nutrition and hydration strategies that can improve our recovery. With the help of Wilfredo, from On Pace Wellness, we aim to increase the awareness around this subject in order to give you the tools to make better choices.
