055. Allie McLaughlin | A 2022 like a world champion

Allie McLaughlin is a pro trail and mountain runner for On Running from Colorado Springs, USA.

She recently WON the uphill race at the World Mountain and Trail Running Championships in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and took 3rd in the up and down mountain race. With these two performances, Allie caps off a tremendous season that has probably been the best one so far in her athletic career. From the win at the Broken Arrow VK, to the Mount Marathon Race course record, to winning two Golden Trail Series Final Stages and finally becoming a world champion, Allie takes us through her incredible year, sharing her favorite memories from each experience, reliving the moments of joy, struggle, excitement and self reflection. Allie goes deep into her training, talks about how she found in the joy of running the key to perform well, shares what each race has meant for her and her deep love for the trail running community.
