Change can be scary.  We sometimes fear changes in our life, no matter what kind of change it is.  Good change and bad change.  As you all know, I just moved to Houston, Tx.  This is a big change for me.  I moved all our belongings; I even moved my private practice and my tea company.  This was a big, bold move.  The first time I had a panic attack, it involved moving to San Antonio to attend college at 18.  This big change created anxiety.  Every time I've had a panic attack, I know that big changes in my life cause it.  I know this, but I have overcome this.
