One Principal's Take on PLCs

In this episode, I chat with Delaware educator Carol Leveillee about how she provides professional learning through PLCs. Carol has been in education for 40 years, and currently is the principal of Frederick Douglass Elementary School in Seaford, Delaware. She is a National Distinguished Principal and a Terrel H. Bell award winner. Most notably, Carol turned around her school from being one of the lowest performing in the state on the brink of state takeover to being recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School, National Distinguished ESEA School and a school of Continued Excellence. To read more about Carol and her success as a transformational school leader, check out the links below. You can also follow her on Twitter at @CarolLeveillee.
