29. A doctor told her "you're a mess" after her first surgery. Now she is a yoga teacher & nutritionist in Australia helping others w/ endo.

Meredith is from Brisbane, AUS. She started Birth Control at a young age due to the pain with her period, although the pill helped her, she still had pain and other GI symptoms for the next decade. Once she went off birth control she became very ill with her periods but also daily mostly with fatigue and GI symptoms. It was not until 2013 was she diagnosed with Endo, where her doctor said "she was a mess" and should be not able to help. She was referred to other doctors until she finally found a doctor that could help her. After a 6.5 hour surgery, she was told just how serious her case was. Her bowel, kidneys, and more were affected by the disease. How this drove her to change her diet and life to help others with diet, lifestyle and yoga. She gives us some tips.

How you can find her and all the great work she is doing.
