Watt About Disability?

In this episode, Claire is joined by Chris Jay, a disability inclusion advocate, trainer and speaker who speaks to her about how to promote a more inclusive working environment, specifically around people with disabilities. They discuss how we can help employers be more empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable and supportive of disability.

Chris has cerebral palsy and has been a wheelchair user for most of his life so chats to Claire about how he uses his life experiences to help businesses understand the topic of disability at work.
Chris is the Managing Director of Bascule Disability Training, which promotes inclusivity in businesses.
