Sleep is incredibly important to quality of life and many people living with multiple sclerosis do not sleep well for a variety of reasons. MS Education and Wellbeing Program Coordinator, Andrea Salmon will explore sleep issues, its relationship to fatigue and best of all look at strategies to assist you get a better night's sleep.
