England: We say goodbye to Nuno Espirito Santo, Sergio Aguerro, and Roy Hodgson. Then Study the Final Table and Who made it into Europe (Spoiler not Arsenal)

Germany: Andre Silva Bags a Final Goal as does Lewandowski, emotional goodbyes to some big names and little boys at Bayern.

Italy: Ronaldo Bags the Head Gunner award, and does so for the first time by both a Portuguese and Juventus player (for the last little while).

France: Lille Finishes the Job, Renato proves how badass he is, and Fonte shows that he is old gold. Danilo wins a trophy.

Spain: Simeone's Atletico Finishes the job and makes Felix a champion!

Nani gets suspended for bad touches.
