The bakery, estimated to cost between $15,000 and $200,000, and the tech shop will not only impart essential skills but also create job opportunities, helping to mitigate the societal stigma faced by ex-convicts. Through these ventures, Sam exemplifies his belief in second chances, demonstrating a profound commitment to making a positive impact on society by empowering those marginalized by their past mistakes.
