Using maths to beat jet lag

Using maths to beat jet lag

Working out how to best use light to adjust for jet lag can be challenging. But, the Entrain app developed by a team from the University of Michigan including Dr Olivia Walch, can solve that problem for you. Just put in the details of your travel and it will tell you when to get light exposure before and during your travels to help you arrive at your destination with your body clock already adjusted. In this episode, Olivia talks with David Cunnington (Sleep Physician) about the Entrain app, it's development and using mathematics to model the circadian system.
