*BONUS* Audio Running Coaching Session: What's happening in your body?

In this BRAND NEW style of episode I will be guiding you through an Audio Running Coaching Session to help develop your Somatosensory Cortex in your brain. This area of your brain functions as the touch, temperature, pressure and pain information processing and receiving signals from the different areas of your body.

This is one of the first exercises I do with my clients to help them develop a better understanding and 'feel' for their own body. Why is this important? If you can sense what is happening in your body then you can adjust it when something doesn't 'feel' right. You can learn to self-coach. When you are running you will notice if you are out of alignment or running with imbalances with much greater sensory detail by doing drills like this. Find some space, stand up and press play!

I am interested to hear what you thought of this episode as I plan to develop more Audio Running Coaching Sessions and Running Mindset Sessions as part of a new audio coaching subscription service.
