Venus Retrograde in Leo, New Moon in Cancer, and the Astrology for the Week | S2 Ep 22

This is going to be a bit of an emotional week.

The Astrology of the Week encourages us to get in touch with our emotional side, whether it be deep-seated feelings we need to revisit or re-evaluate.

You've probably heard about Mercury Retrograde, but we have something a little more rare. The planet of love and abundance, Venus is in Retrograde. It encourages us to re-evaluate, really explore our deepest values, and realign with our authentic selves.

Aside from Venus going Retrograde this week, we have Chiron also going Retrograde. This can re-open some old, deep wounds. On the one hand, it can get very emotional, on the other hand, this is an opportunity to heal and grow from those emotions.

On top of that Mars and Saturn are clashing.
Mars represents taking action and Saturn is all about structure, stability, discipline, and being patient.

Try to find a balance that suits everyone. This is all about channeling your energies wisely.

This week, we also have New Moon in the sign of Cancer, another zodiac sign that is known for being deeply emotional and sentimental. The New moon is the best time to set your intentions.

This week is a good time to:

• Set intentions
• practice self-compassion and self-care
• re-evaluate our relationships with other people and ourselves
• revisit your artistic self
