Various seasonal festivals may promote overeating, sedentary behavior, and calorie-dense food consumption. It can be difficult to get through the holidays, but it doesn't have to be. You can have your cake and eat it, too, if you set the aim of maintaining your current weight until the New Year, rather than trying to lose more.
