It’s December and we are starting the first of three “year in review” episodes to look back on what has been an epic year of Swimrunning. Joining us this week to talk about their amazing year are our friends Trista and Amy, A.K.A. Team Adorkable. If you haven’t been following their exploits this year, well no worries because we recap their 2022 adventures.

In this conversation we chat about the lofty goals that they set for themselves, their build to ÖTILLÖ, The Swimrun World Championship, what it’s like to be Swimrun celebrities being featured in this year’s hype film by our friend Rasmus, and so much more. Trista and Amy are everything that is great about Swimrun and we look forward to continuing to follow their exploits in the coming year!
