Episode 40 – The Injured Campaign

In the decades since The Troubles, the question of reparations has been left unanswered. This special episode of LawPod tells the story of the WAVE Trauma Centre’s campaign for a recognition payment to seriously injured victims of The Troubles. It features interviews with WAVE members Paul Gallagher, Jennifer McNern and Peter Heathwood, as well as Dr. Luke Moffett. The episode charts the stories of victims of the conflict, the origins of the campaign and the continuing effort to find a way forward in the face of political obstacles.
