On today's episode, Angela shares her story of going from complete overwhelm to finding true alignment in all areas of her life.

Angela helps overwhelmed driven do-it-all women to take meaningful time for themselves so that they can catch a relieving breath and do more of what brings them energy and joy. Angela works with women on a holistic level and help them to lead an intuitively led life; mind, body, and spirit mainly via a self-care focus. And aims to take the cliche out of self-care, centering more on meaningful impactful activities for this driven demographic.
