Today, on the All-American Series, Wrestling Mindset founder Gene Zannetti sits down with All-American Lennox Wolak.

Together, they discuss being All-American at Fargo and Greco his very first year of wrestling and how that led him to Columbia.

They also talk about intensity and understanding the positives and negatives that it brings, the technicalities of Judo and how they apply very well to Greco, and how starting wrestling in freshman year of high school and being fresh compared to others wrestling their whole lives can be beneficial.
