Which really adds more pressure to you and your marriage to hurry up and make it fucking happen or everything is going to get worse. (Not a true thought BTW) OR 2. The energy of: "This experience is showing me the areas in my marriage that need love and attention. This is an opportunity to increase connection and intimacy in my partnership AND increase my mind-body health while I'm at it." But HOW right? Cause remember, emotions are up there!
