Today, I'm so excited to welcome Emilio Diez Barroso, a dear friend and author of the book "The Mystery Of You, Freedom is Closer Than You Think" to the show. We have a live studio audience joining us to discuss Emilio's pursuit of enlightenment, his journey of inner transformation, and how he realized that traditional versions of success don't necessarily lead to genuine fulfillment.

Throughout the episode, Emilio graciously opens up about his upbringing and how it shaped his insecurities, making it difficult for him to connect with his emotions. He also offers his insights on the power of embracing discomfort and developing a relationship with higher consciousness. Emilio challenges the familiar narratives of success and spirituality and encourages you to embrace your humanity and live authentically. This episode is a beautiful invitation to be present in every moment and to cherish life with gratitude and love!
