Tonya Romano - Coach in The Hormone Rescue

Tonya is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Dietary Supplement Specialist through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.

She has specialized training in gut health, hormones, blood chemistry, functional testing, and a deep understanding of how nutrition and lifestyle play a huge role in how the body functions.

As a menopausal woman, Tonya believes focusing on gut health and hormones is particularly important for women 40 and over, as they transition into perimenopause.
