Season 2 Episode 1: Mandi

In this week's episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Mandi from Great Lakes Doulas. We talk about tongue-tie, intrusive-thoughts, the importance of postpartum doulas, and more! Mandi has been a mother since 2016 and a doula since 2018. Her first birth experience resulted with a drastic change of plans from her baby presenting posterior into the pelvis which resulted in a cascade of woes throughout her first year as a mother. She has since made it her life commitment to change the birth paradigm for the better by helping every client overcome baby positioning woes and the like. She’s now owner of Instagram famous Great Lakes Doulas agency, a mother of three, and a body ready method Professional doing just that and loving every moment.
